As we all know, a cyclist starting from a full stop is a wobbly menace until he or she regains balance.<br /><br />I'm not sure Alexandria can rewrite traffic regulations, but they could instruct police officers to enforce "failure to yield to traffic" at stop signs instead of "failure to stop."<br /><br />Doing so would be a boon to safety, especially if it were enforced.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
